​​Patricia Goroway is the founder of Facial Fitness System, LLC. She has been teaching facial exercise and massage techniques for more than 20 years and has taught thousands of clients how to exercise the muscles of their face and neck and how to choose the best skin-care products. Ms. Goroway also certifies instructors worldwide in the Facial Fitness technique.  Now located in nearly 30 countries, her global team teaches the Facial Fitness Program for beauty, tonality and facial rehabilitation.

Clinically Proven Results

​The most solid study, which was published in a 2018 JAMA Dermatology paper focused on a 20-week facial exercise program conducted with women aged 40 to 65 who practiced for 30 minutes daily for the first eight weeks and then every other day for the remainder of the study.


The women were also provided with two sets of 90-minute face-to-face training sessions by a professional practitioner prior to home exercise.

​The study which began in 2013 and concluded in 2015, was approved by the Northwestern University’s Institutional Review Board.
