I highly recommend this book. The diagram of the facial muscles is most helpful. The exercises and explanations of how to perform them are easy and clear to understand. So clear, in fact, the video isn't really necessary. I began to see lines around my mouth begin to disappear after only one week. I did the exercises about three times per day. By the second week I could actually feel my facial muscles tightening up. The book itself is small and square, sort of like a big CD, making it easy to handle and to store in the bathroom vanity. The pages are heavy duty paper so you won't ruin it when handling with greasy fingers. This is the second book I have purchased with regard to this subject and that first one is going in the trash. This one is a keeper!

I'm 61 and have tried several different kinds of facial exercises. This book is absolutely the best and after only a few times I see a real difference. The exercises are clear and each shows a picture of the muscles that should be working, so you can easily self correct and then really feel it working. Compared to other books I tried, these exercises are less complicated and only take a few minutes, but yet they work much better. I think it's because the author (as described in the book) came to this information from having an injury, so the exercises were developed based on medical info. The DVD that comes with the book is also great to get you started. I can't recommend this book enough.

Since the beginning Feb. 2013. I did the face exercises and massage for two weeks (beginner ones), then every second day as she suggested for a month then had two weeks off then back into it again and I do the practices every 2nd day and sometimes on the third day (but mainly every 2nd day)

Results for me:

Face looks fuller and firmer like when I was in my 20's, more color in my face, the lines around my mouth have faded a bit (not much) the lines on my forehead have lessened (but not by much). My lips look a bit fuller and the lines between my eyebrows had cleared quite a bit. My jaw line and neck was good to start with is firmer.
I am almost 50 and I look quite young for my age already as I do yoga and exercise and have an organic diet since my early 20's. I recommend this book, I feel a lot more confident and my selfesteem has improved. I totally believe in aging gracefully and looking the best you can at any age and these practices make me feel like I am doing what I can to achieve this.
I recommend this book I think it is very helpful.

I've tried a lot of facial fitness exercises to tighten the "turkey neck" I seem to have acquired over the years, and this is the best I've found! The author has done her homework - I found the exercises easy to follow and have seen, and felt results in just a few weeks!

I have been using this program for about 2 weeks and am now starting to see a marked improvement. My eyes look refreshed, my mouth lines are diminishing, and my jawline/neck is firming up. The exercises do seem easy, and as you keep practicing them, and become more familiar with what you are doing, really focus on the intent of the exercises, and listen carefully to how Patricia tells you to perform them, because like any other exercise, if performed incorrectly, they will not be as effective. Looking in the mirror is a great way to make sure you are performing them correctly, and I "feel the burn" throughout the day, and it's GREAT! Thank you Patricia! I am 45 years old and do NOT want to do Botox, and now I don't have to thanks in great part to your wonderful video! It all makes sense, and I will do the exercises for life! They're quick and easy, and I'm happy with the early results I have already seen.

I am a guy with good skin, but had some areas I needed help with. I bought this book and another book on same subject, since they were inexpensive. I could have purchased just this book. It is very well written, detailing what you need to know and not overwhelming you with information that isn't necessary. The DVD that comes with it is invaluable. Everything about the book is simple, at same time elegant and very informative. I've been using it about 3 weeks and surprisingly I have noticed a difference. I got it for under eye dark circles, hoods on my eyelids and to firm up my chin, neck area. Amazingly there is improvement in all these areas and my skin has a nice color to it. And I haven't been as deligent as I should have...Pleasantly surprised that facial exercises can make a difference. Since I am a guy, it took a while to focus on the exercises and not the author. She is quite attractive, composed and graceful, doing the exercises on the DVD.
